What is KayaBuy?
KayaBuy is a global real estate and vehicle listing platform operated by Kaya Global. You can post listings worldwide and connect buyers with sellers securely.
Is membership free?
Yes, basic membership is completely free. You can post 1 active listing and message. Premium plans offer more listings, featured slots and blue check badge.
Which countries can access it?
Accessible worldwide. The site runs in 4 languages (Turkish, English, Arabic, German) and prices are shown in TRY/USD/EUR based on your location.
Posting Listings
How do I post a listing?
After creating an account, click "Post Listing", select a category and fill the form. Your listing goes live instantly.
How many photos can I upload?
Free plan: 5 photos per listing. Premium and Dealer plans: 20 photos. The first uploaded photo is set as the cover.
Is there a listing approval process?
No. Listings go live instantly. Our admin team moderates post-publication and removes rule-breaking listings with notification to the owner.
Can I edit my listing?
Yes. From "My Listings" page use the Edit button anytime to update information, photos and cover.
Can I recover a deleted listing?
No. Deletion is irreversible — all photos and data are permanently removed.
Membership & Payment
Which payment methods are supported?
All credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Troy) are processed securely via Iyzico. Card data is not stored on our servers.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Use the "Cancel Plan" button on your profile. You keep all features until the paid period ends, then you automatically switch to the Free plan. No refunds are issued.
How do I get an invoice?
For corporate invoice requests, email kayaglobalco@gmail.com.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
Listed total prices include VAT. Calculated as net price + 20% VAT.

How do I contact a seller?
Use the "Send Message" button on the listing page, or call the visible phone number or send email.
What is the "Verified member" badge?
Yearly and Dealer plan users get auto blue check. Admins can also verify trusted members manually.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Use the "Report" button on the listing page. Our admin team reviews within 24 hours.
Can I permanently delete my account?
Yes. From your profile page, "Delete Account" permanently removes all your data. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data safe?
Passwords are bcrypt-hashed, forms are CSRF-protected. SSL/HTTPS is enforced. Uploads are MIME-validated. Card data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant Iyzico.
